  • All ONSITE Field Trips are limited to 40 kids (Maximum). Chaperones must be provided (1 Chaperone required for every 5 kids) A fee of $15 will be applied for Museum staff if needed.

  • All Outreach Programs are limited to maximum 50, Minimum of 20 per session.

  • Requests are reviewed weekly and are granted based on funding availability.

  • Applications for a scholarship need to be submitted 2 weeks prior to the chosen Camp Week.

  • Disclaimer: Eligibility is based on EBT card, Free/Reduced Lunch Qualification or Letter of Verification from child's classroom teacher.

At The Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast (TCM) , we believe play is for everyone, so we are proud to offer a limited number of camp scholarships for all seasonal camps. Please complete the form below to be considered for a Camp Scholarship. TCM awards scholarships based on financial need and camper interest. Scholarship recipients will be notified two weeks prior to the start of camp, if applications are received prior to the deadline. If submitting applications for multiple children, please fill out a separate application for each child.

We promise that everyone who qualifies will receive assistance to the greatest extent possible based on the availability of funds. A $20 registration fee will be required for each week granted. The Camp Scholarship may not include Extended Care hours which is an additional $10 cost per Day.


The Children’s Museum staff CANNOT:

  • Administer or monitor ANY medications, vitamins or other medically required products, including epi-pens.

  • Provide one-on-one long term supervision or care to behavioral situations. A parent will be called and children must be picked up immediately if called. Please be sure to have an emergency contact on file.
    Museum staff is not trained or qualified in behavioral therapy. TCM has sole discretion to refuse enrollment or to dismiss a child if it determines that it cannot safely manage a child’s condition.
